Chili Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 28-oz. cans crushed tomatoes
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large red pepper, chopped
- 2 large white/vidalia onions, chopped
- 1-2/3 cups sugar
- 1-1/3 cups apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Mix all together and simmer in open crockpot on high for 8-10 hours, stirring occasionally
- Use in place of ketchup on anything (especially good on Nathan's Hotdogs)
